Shipping:
All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Orders will be shipped by priority mail, but some smaller orders
may be shipped by First Class Mail. Orders take 2-4 business days
to process. Priority Mail shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
First Class Mail takes 4-6 business days for delivery.
Payments:
At the Playclothes Store, 3100 West Magnolia, Burbank, CA, we accept
cash and all major credit cards.
Online payments are processed through Pay Pal, via Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, E-Checks, and personal Pay Pal account. It is
not necessary to have a Pay Pal account to make payment. Playclothes
also accepts Personal Checks, Cash, Western Union, and Money Orders.
All orders paid by Personal Check, Money Order, or Western Union
will not ship until the payment has cleared.
Returns:
All sales are final, and any returns/refunds are as store credit
only. At Playclothes we strive to provide high quality, authentic
vintage clothing and accessories. We do our best to describe each
item clearly and accurately. Returns and exchanges are accepted
only when an item has been grossly misrepresented. We do not take
returns for items which do not fit!
Measurements and sizes are provided for all products, so please
read them carefully. Colors may vary depending on your video monitor
settings; therefore, we do not accept returns for color variance.
