Shipping:

All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Orders will be shipped by priority mail, but some smaller orders may be shipped by First Class Mail. Orders take 2-4 business days to process. Priority Mail shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery. First Class Mail takes 4-6 business days for delivery.

Payments:

At the Playclothes Store, 3100 West Magnolia, Burbank, CA, we accept cash and all major credit cards.

Online payments are processed through Pay Pal, via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, E-Checks, and personal Pay Pal account. It is not necessary to have a Pay Pal account to make payment. Playclothes also accepts Personal Checks, Cash, Western Union, and Money Orders. All orders paid by Personal Check, Money Order, or Western Union will not ship until the payment has cleared.

Returns:

All sales are final, and any returns/refunds are as store credit only. At Playclothes we strive to provide high quality, authentic vintage clothing and accessories. We do our best to describe each item clearly and accurately. Returns and exchanges are accepted only when an item has been grossly misrepresented. We do not take returns for items which do not fit!
Measurements and sizes are provided for all products, so please read them carefully. Colors may vary depending on your video monitor settings; therefore, we do not accept returns for color variance. If you have any questions concerning an item please contact us BEFORE purchasing so we may assist you.

Due to the fragile nature of vintage clothing we take returns ONLY if you follow these rules:

1.)You must e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the item if you wish to return it.
2.)You must state how the item was misrepresented.
3.)There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for any returned item.
4.)We do not refund shipping or insurance charges.
5.)We reserve the right to disallow the return of certain items (intimate lingerie, swim      suits, or any fragile item including patterns).
6.)We will confirm or deny your e-mail request to return items. Please wait for our      confirmation .
7.)You will not receive a refund if items are sent without proper notification to      Playclothes.
8.)All returns must be received within 7 days of agreed terms. If item is not received,      the return becomes null and void.
9.)Products must be returned in the same condition they are shipped.

Ragland Sleeves: Neck to bottom of sleeve
Bust/Chest: Underarm seam to seam then doubled
Waist: seam to seam then doubled
Hips (approximately 9" below natural waistline): Seam to seam then doubled
Inseam for Pants: Crotch to bottom of hem
Rise of Pants: Waist to crotch
Overall Length of Skirt: Waist to hem
Overall length of Dress: Neck to hem
Overall Length of Shirt: Neck to hem

Sizing:

Vintage clothing sizes are different from modern clothing sizes! Playclothes provides the actual measurements of each item. We suggest measuring a favorite piece of clothing which resembles the item you are interested in to compare measurements.
When quoting the actual measurements of the bust and hips please note that we allow approximately ½" extra on each side that is not included in the measurement to assure the best fit.
